Dilute with water up to 1:4, depending on severity of deposits.
Brush or mop into fixed objects.
Allow to stand to penetrate and break up the deposits.
Wipe or hose off promptly.
Soaking:

Use a plastic container to soak parts in NM-50 until lime and water deposits have dissolved or softened sufficiently to be removed by brushing or agitation
Remove parts and rinse promptly
