SCALTREAT 0105 - HARD WATER DESCALENT PRODUCT INFORMATION

SCALTREAT 0105 is an inhibited acid descalent formulated from Hydrogen Chloride for effective removal of hard water scale depositors and silicious matter from water circulating system. SCALTREAT 0105 contains corrosion inhibitors to temper its action on Metals, Scaltreat 0105 cleans entire system throughout safely, conviently, and thoroughly. GENERAL SPECIFICATION

* Removes hard water scale and Biological fouling.

* Reduces downtime. METHOD OF APPLICATION Circulate 1 Kgs of SCALTREAT 0105 to each 6 liters of water system as in normal operation for 6 to 10 hours depend upon scale formed. Drain system, neutralize & passivate the system with the fresh water and resume operation. For Chilled water system descaling dilute 35 Kgs in every 1000 Liters circulating water up to 5 hours. Drain entire system & fill new water.
HANDLING AND PRECAUTION Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. In case of contact, immediately flush with copious amount of water and get medical attention.
